Have to love the Bronx! The fact that this spot was open on Christmas Day was a blessing! My family and I took the risk of not cooking and ordering out instead. When I tell you we got so much food- delicious food at that- for a bargain! I had the ribs with their Moro, my partner had the chicken Mofongo and two chicken pastelitos, and my mom had the baked chicken special. The portions were fulfilling and seasoned just right. Their lemonade is pretty good too, the containers they come in are also pretty huge. Lastly, the staff were welcoming, warm and pleasant. They were all in a Christmas spirit.
Great experience! I was super indecisive when choosing what I wanted to order but the woman who seemed like the head lady in charge was helpful. $12 plates may seem steep to some but it was worth it. I've been here twice and I can't complain about the food or service. 10/10

A friend took me to brisas for a quick lunch ended up hanging out for two hours the food was delicious. I'd definitely come back.
Sooooo yummy! Definitely recommend, they gave so much food I had to make a small plate and save the rest for tomorrow. We had bistec en salsa w rice and beans and baked chicken w tostones.
